The Asian and Pacific Islander Community Outreach unit (API unit) was created to serve monolingual APIs who are unable to access services through LAFLA's main system.

Using our own expertise in specific areas of law and working closely with other Client Services units and community-based organizations, the API unit ensures that Asian and Pacific Islander clients have access to LAFLA's full range of services in:

	Cantonese
	Japanese
	Khmer (Cambodian)
	Korean
	Mandarin
	Vietnamese
	Services in other Asian Languages are available upon request
