Tiffany Tsao

Tiffany Y. Tsao is the Pro Bono Manager at LAFLA, where she oversees student and community volunteer programs, recruitment, and training. In partnership with OneJustice, she also directs the Pro Bono Training Institute, a collaborative online learning platform that connects expert legal services trainers across California to existing and potential volunteers.

Previously, Tiffany was the Managing Attorney of Client Intake at LAFLA. Prior to joining LAFLA in 2017, she was the public service counselor at the University of California, Irvine, School of Law. As a student counselor, she developed public interest workshops, administered fellowship projects and programs, and advised students and alumni. Tiffany began her legal career as an impact litigation fellow at Bet Tzedek Legal Services and following her fellowship, she led a community outreach project providing food pantry clients across Los Angeles County with legal advice and representation.

Tiffany serves on the Advisory Board of the Legal Education Access Pipeline, a nonprofit dedicated to diversifying the legal profession by preparing underrepresented students to become successful law school applicants, lawyers, and agents of social change. She received her law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine.
