With more than 90 years of service, LAFLA is the first and most experienced legal aid organization in Greater Los Angeles. Position: Reporting to the Chief Development Director, the Grants and Contracts Manager serves as the primary grant writer, engages in compliance reporting, manages funder relationships, and supports special project initiatives. This position requires strong writing, data analysis, program budgeting, project management skills, with an emphasis on grant compliance and outcome measurement. This position is currently on a hybrid work schedule.
