As a Supervising Attorney with the Eviction Defense Center, Dana Harbaugh oversees a dedicated group of attorneys and paralegals providing legal representation to tenants facing unlawful detainer actions. Dana previously worked at Inner City Law Center with the Tenant Defense Project. Before moving to Los Angeles, Dana had a long career in legal aid in Chicago, working at Legal Aid Chicago, Legal Aid Society of Metropolitan Family Services, and the Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL). At CDEL, she helped build Chicago’s Early Resolution Program (ERP), an innovative, early intervention eviction diversion program aimed at resolving eviction cases before they went to trial.

Dana received her J.D. from University of Colorado Law School and her B.A. from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
