Health Benefits
LAFLA covers 90–100% of the cost of employee and dependent(s) medical, dental, and vision benefits. We also provide life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and long-term care at no cost to employees. Employees also can participate in our employer-sponsored Employee Wellness Program.
Law Loan Reimbursement
LAFLA offers a law student loan repayment program that reimburses attorneys for up to $500 in monthly loan payments.
Bilingual Supplement
LAFLA is committed to providing linguistically appropriate services to the community. Thus, we offer bilingual supplements to eligible employees who speak Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Khmer, Japanese, Vietnamese, and other languages.
