Gio Pesce

Giovanni Pesce manages the Restoring Communities (ReCo) workgroup, a team of dedicated advocates who assist with legal issues related to re-entering back into society after a period of incarceration. ReCo provides support with record clearing/expungement, fair chance employment, occupational licensing, and other common barriers faced by justice impacted individuals.

Gio began his legal career at LAFLA as a fellow doing re-entry work nine years ago and believes deeply in using his skills and experience to provide client-centered legal assistance to help create stronger, and healthier communities.
