Jennie Nguyen is the Supervising Attorney for Client Intake at the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles (LAFLA). She oversees a team of Housing Paralegals who provide limited scope services to tenants across Los Angeles County. She is committed to ensuring that clients receive timely, trauma-informed, and accessible legal assistance.

Previously, Jennie spent four years as a Self-Help Attorney at LAFLA, where she assisted self-represented litigants in family law and housing matters, led legal workshops, and helped develop accessible pro se resources. Before joining LAFLA in 2020, she represented parents in juvenile dependency proceedings in Orange County, advocating for families involved in the child welfare system.

Jennie earned her B.A. from the University of California, Riverside and her J.D. from California Western School of Law.
