Linda Quintana oversees the day-to-day operations of LAFLA’s accounting department which includes all financial transactions such as accounts payable, staff payroll and the preparation of monthly financial reports for the board. She also prepares budget and various financial reports to about 30 funders.

Quintana began her career at LAFLA in 1979 as a staff accountant working primarily on the City of Los Angeles contract. She was then promoted to Fiscal Manager in 1981. During her tenure, LAFLA has grown from seven departments to 13, and Quintana has risen to meet the challenges of a more complex and demanding financial environment.

She has an undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of the East, Philippines.
