WHO WE ARE
LAFLA is a nonprofit law firm that protects and advances the rights of the most underserved—leveling the playing field and ensuring that everyone can have access to the justice system.
Michael Polanichka oversees the day-to-day operations of LAFLA’s IT Department which includes all hardware, software, and network infrastructure. He also works on a daily basis with vendors and contractors to provide the most up-to-date, secure network and best equipment for LAFLA employees to better serve their clients.
Prior to joining LAFLA, Michael was the director of technology for another legal aid program, Neighborhood Legal Services, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He obtained his undergraduate degree in information technology from Youngstown State University.
