Tenants Sue Los Angeles Housing Authority for Pattern of Unlawful Section 8 Voucher Terminations
LAFLA and partners are seeking the reinstatement of clients terminated vouchers and reimbursement for the lost rental subsidies; a declaration that HACLA’s termination of the vouchers without notice or due process were unconstitutional; and an injunction stopping HACLA from repeating similar violations against other tenants.
