We are thrilled to welcome our summer class of 30 law clerks, who represent 16 law schools. These students hail from 20 cities across North America — as far away as Miami, Boston and Guadalajara, Mexico. 23 of our 30 law students speak a language other than English, ranging from Spanish, French, and Russian, to Arabic, Gujarati, and Cantonese.
This summer, these 30 students will gain new knowledge and expertise in public interest law and assist our teams with cases ranging from immigration assistance to tenant small claims to API Medical-Legal Partnerships. Learn more about our summer law clerk program.
We are also pleased to announce that 10 of our law clerks make up the third class of our LAFLA Equity and Inclusion Fellowship (LEIF) Program. The LEIF Program is designed to foster a more diverse legal profession, reflect the client communities we serve, and encourage future careers in public interest law3
