Lesli Latt is LAFLA’s Director of Human Resources. Lesli focuses on establishing and maintaining policy, procedure, employee relations, recruitment, employee benefits, Covid-19 safety, ensuring LAFLA employees have a true business partner to help accomplish their day-to-day responsibilities and career goals, as well as promoting a diverse and equitable culture. She comes to the organization with over 20 years experience in human resources leadership, working in several different industries such as start-up, tech, entertainment, media, and beauty. However, she got her start at a non-profit that assisted adults and children with autism and has had a strong desire to come back to where helping local underserved communities is the main focus. As a Los Angeles native, Lesli attended UCLA to receive her certification in Human Resources Management and has worked with businesses to help establish equitable human resources departments, lead successful inquiries involving the Department of Justice, investigations in employee wrongdoing and harassment, and ensuring pay equality.
As LAFLA is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in the communities we serve, Lesli and the human resources team are equally committed to maintaining a work culture that reflects this same mission.
