Susan Vincent manages client intake across LAFLA’s various programs and offices. She works with a team of legal and service professionals to connect community members with the best available counsel and resources. Susan joined LAFLA in 2019.
Prior to joining LAFLA, Susan served as the Director of Legal Programs at Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles where she supervised legal clinics, provided client consultations, developed collaborative partnerships, coordinated pro bono services and volunteers, administered the internship program, and implemented robust data management processes. She has also worked as a court-appointed mediator in the High Court of Uganda, advised the Supreme Court of Rwanda on case management and alternative dispute resolution, volunteered as a mediator in the Los Angeles Small Claims courts, and assisted in developing negotiation trainings at the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution in London. Susan received her undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University, and her Juris Doctor and Master of Dispute Resolution degrees from Pepperdine School of Law.
