We are thrilled to welcome our summer class of 33 law clerks, who represent 20 law schools. These students hail from 24 cities across the globe — as far away as New Delhi, India, La Habana, Cuba and Seoul, Korea. Our law students speak 22 languages other than English, ranging from Spanish, Swedish, and ASL, to Odia, Tagalog, and Farsi. These promising young advocates enjoy baking, doing puzzles, and scuba diving among many other fun activities in their free time!
This summer, these 33 students will gain new knowledge and expertise in public interest law and assist our teams with cases ranging from immigration assistance to tenant small claims to API Medical-Legal Partnerships. Learn more about our summer law clerk program.
We are also pleased to announce that 12 of our law clerks make up the fourth class of our Leadership Equity and Inclusion Fellowship (LEIF) Program. The LEIF Program is designed to foster a more diverse legal profession, reflect the client communities we serve, and encourage future careers in public interest law.
Congratulations to our 2024 LEIF fellows:
