We are thrilled to welcome our summer 2026 class of law clerks! While many of these students call Los Angeles their hometown, more than 20 cities across the globe are represented across the cohort. They hail from 18 different law schools and use 12 languages other than English, from Armenian, Cantonese, and Korean to Portuguese, Urdu, and ASL.
When asked what made them choose LAFLA for their clerkships, many students replied that they were previously familiar with our work because of our strong presence in the community and positive reputation among our partners.
This summer, these 27 students will gain new knowledge and expertise in public interest law, supporting our teams on a range of cases. Learn more about our summer law clerk program.
We are also pleased to announce that six of our law clerks make up the sixth class of our LEIF Program, designed to encourage future careers in public interest law.
