First Settlements Reached in Section 8 Discrimination Case

The Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund and Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles have reached the first settlements in a major lawsuit against 22 properties accused of unlawful discrimination against tenants receiving Section 8 vouchers.
